Registration with "My Bids"/Disqualification By placing an order through the Aukron site the user warrants that they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and they are at least 18 years old. Registration with "Aukron" is required for use. Each user may register only once under their postal address (only the actual residence, no post office boxes, etc.). Throughout the registration process, the user must select a user name. The user name may not offend general decency or infringe upon the rights of third parties. The associated password is to be kept secret by the user. User accounts formed during registration are non-transferable. Any misuse of the user account, be it to the detriment of third parties or to the detriment of Aukron, shall unavoidably result in the disqualification of the user and the report of a crime. In general, the user shall be responsible for all activities that are undertaken using the user account together with the associated password. Aukron is free at any time to temporarily or permanently disqualify the user. Users will be disqualified when in the rational opinion of Aukron a member has violated statutory provisions or the rights of third parties. A disqualification can also happen if Aukron has another justified interest in such for the safety of other users or to prevent manipulation, in particular if bids are not paid, unauthorized bidding software is used, or several user accounts are set up by the same user. Furthermore, Aukron reserves the right in its total discretion to restrict the number of auctions in which a user may participate or may win. 3. Bid Purchasing for Online Bidding/Payment Bidding rights, so-called "bids", have to be purchased by users prior to online bidding. Only registered users can agree to the convenient online bids, which can be purchased in packages (so-called "Bid Packs") at the currently appropriate prices, which can be viewed in "My Bids" under "Buy Bids". The bids must be paid for in advance. When the bids are purchased and deposited into the user's Aukron account, a agreement for the purchase of the bids materializes. The invoice amount for this is due instantly. Payment can be made by credit card or via payment agent. Should a payment not be honoured for a user, a return payment fee will be charged. Only the user shall be accountable for these fees. Aukron reserves the right to obstruct access to the user account until payment in full of the invoice amount, including any fees due to returned payment, etc., and to deny any outstanding deliveries until payment in full. Several bids (e.g. "free bids") have a time limit. Upon conclusion of the time stated, the bids expire and can no longer be applied. There will be no refund in this case. 4. Bidding/ Bid Assist Once a bid is submitted it is no longer valid and is deducted from the user's account accordingly. The Bidassist helps bidders in being able to bid in an auction even if they are not online at that point in time. Only registered users can submit bids routinely with one or more Bidassists. The Bidassist automatically submits bids according to the condition set in advance by the user. The user can interpret about precisely how the Bidassist operates in the "Help" section. The user is forbidden from using bidding software not approved by Aukron, and doing so will result in immediate disqualification from use. 5. How the Auctions Work With each bid submitted online the price of the item on which the user is bidding increases by 7p, and in the case of specially marked auctions, by other amounts as well. A bid submitted by the user constitutes an offer from that user to Aukron to end a contract to purchase the item. A contract to buy the item does not materialize until the auction is ended and the last bidder has submitted the highest bid (auction price) as the last bidder. Each new bid starts off a new "remaining time" for the auction. The outstanding time for each of the auctions is shown on the screen. The auction ends when no more bids are submitted within the remaining time stated. The user who is the very last to bid wins the auction. All other bids on the item end and will not be refunded. The last bidder is determined based on the records in Aukron's database and Aukron's decision concerning who is the last bidder shall be final. 6. Delivery 1. Delivery in the UK Estimated delivery time for a UK order is 3 - 5 working days by normal post . 2. Delivery to North America Estimated delivery time for an order to North America is 7 - 14 working days. 3. Delivery to Europe Estimated delivery time for an order to Europe is 7 - 14 working days by normal post. 4. Delivery to the Far East, Australia & New Zealand Estimated delivery time for an order to the Far East, Australia & New Zealand is 10 - 21 working days. 5. Delivery to South America Estimated delivery time for an order to South America is 10 - 21 working days. 6. Delivery to the Middle East & Africa Estimated delivery time for an order to the Middle East & Africa is 10 - 21 working days. 7. Guarantee The items are complete on the basis that they are reasonably fit for any rational purpose to which the winner may put them but subject as provided below all other warranties or conditions as to quality, condition or description are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
